Welcome to HealthJini! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HealthJini patient application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Nuvo AI ("HealthJini," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Services, you ("you," "user," or "Patient User") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you're not comfortable with these terms right now, we understand. You may choose not to use the app at this time.

Who Can Use HealthJini
- You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and restricting access to them.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
What HealthJini Does
What We Provide
Through the App, when available in your region, we may enable you to:
- Schedule and manage outpatient consultations with healthcare professionals
- View consultation summaries, diagnoses, and prescriptions digitally
- Maintain a history of your consultations and medical records
- Communicate securely with your healthcare provider
- Receive notifications or messages related to your consultations or care
We may also provide AI-based insights, reminders, or suggestions based on the information you share, where permitted by law and within the limits of what we can reasonably do.
What We Don't Provide
We do not offer emergency services. In urgent or life-threatening situations, please contact emergency medical services immediately.
- We are not a substitute for your healthcare provider. Information and suggestions from the App are for support and educational purposes and should not override or replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- We do not guarantee that any health outcome or result will occur from using the App.
- We may rely on third-party service providers (labs, hospitals, communication platforms). We are not responsible for their operations, reliability, or data practices beyond what is described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
When using HealthJini, you agree to:
- Use the Services lawfully and follow all applicable laws, regulations, and medical guidelines
- Be truthful and accurate in the information you provide
- Keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Refrain from interfering with the App's functionality, reverse-engineering, or manipulating it in harmful ways
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users and healthcare providers
- Not use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these rules.
Privacy, Data Protection & Security

How We Use Your Data
We may collect, store, and use data you provide, or which arises from your use of the App for purposes such as:

- Communicating with you or your healthcare provider
- Generating AI-based insights or reminders (where permitted)
- Research, analytics, and anonymized data aggregation (only when de-identified)
- Compliance with legal, regulatory, or audit requirements
Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your data with:
- Healthcare providers you authorize
- Legal or governmental authorities where required by law
- Third parties only with your consent (where applicable)
We commit to not selling your health data.
Security Measures
We maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge there is residual risk.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize your data in accordance with applicable laws (to the extent practicable).

Intellectual Property Rights
- All the content, software, features, and functionality of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, AI algorithms, are owned by Nuvo AI or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without express permission.
- With respect to data or feedback you provide (e.g., in submitting suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and analyse such feedback to improve the Services (in anonymized form, if applicable).
Limitations, Availability & Disclaimers
- The App may experience downtime, delays, or interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
- We provide the Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (such as warranties of fitness for a particular purpose).
- We cannot guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every device.
- You bear responsibility for any decisions made based on information from the App. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, except as required by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
Arbitration (Optional / or as per local law)
Except where prohibited by law, certain disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration rather than court action. You can opt-out of arbitration by notifying us within [e.g. 30 days] of first using the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of any legal matter, we'll aim to resolve it fairly and transparently, following the applicable laws. Any necessary proceedings will be handled within the appropriate courts in Gujarat, India.
Termination & Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for security or legal reasons.
- You may disable your account at any time by contacting us or through the App.
- Upon disabling, your rights under these Terms end, but certain provisions (e.g., liability limitations, intellectual property, dispute resolution) continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time (for example, to reflect regulatory changes or improvements). When we do, we will notify you via the App or email and post a revised version. Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
If you're not comfortable with the updated terms, we completely understand. You may choose to stop using the app and disable your account at any time. We'll be here to welcome you back whenever you're ready.
